Launch of our corporate core values

Along with business and financial success, we want to be a people-centric organization and impact positively on the lives of the people we work with and for. In 2014, Gebo Cermex launched a comprehensive international consultation, inviting our employees all over the world to help us identify the values that define our company, and what these values mean to them. We are delighted to present the fruits of these exchanges below: a concise, consistent expression of the values that reflect our history, our vision and our ambition, the very DNA of our company.


These values define the way we interact with our clients, with our partners, and with each other.
