Field Administrative Support
Permanent contract

Mission

Overview of the Position

  • Supports Service Project Management and Hotline in all administrative tasks related to Field activities.

Responsibilities and Mission

  • Supports Field intervention organisation (Travel and hotel booking, Visa procedures, Control risk procedures…)

  • Controls FSE expenses sheets when applicable.

  • Controls that 3rd parties and BU’s invoices and support documentation are in line with SPM, Hotliners and customer instructions.

  • Prepare support documentation for customer billing.

  • Give green light to Sales Administration for customer billing.

  • Follow intervention status to make sure that all the intervention are billed to customers in due time.

Profile

  • Fluent in spoken and written Italian or French and English

  • Good service mind, positive attitude and relationship

  • Mature, proactive, reliable and able to work under pressure

  • Good interpersonal and team working skills

  • Able to work independently, effectively in multicultural environment and handle multitasks

  • Good in computer literacy and Microsoft Office applications

Part Administrator

Mission

Overview of the Position

  • Facilitate the development of spare part sales by focusing on the identification of precise customer needs, particularly concerning the degree of urgency,  and by insuring that order execution is aligned with commitments provided to the customer.

Responsibilities and Mission

  • Understand the precise customer requirements and make an offer that is adapted to these needs, including for parts covered by guarantee.

  • Insure that any requirement for non-referenced parts is handled in a timely manner by the appropriate service.

  • Prepare spare part offers.

  • Perform all the administrative and logistic tasks required to allow shipment of the spare parts.

  • Monitor the order execution processes, react when process is off track and keep customer informed from order entry through to payment.

Profile

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration/Marketing or related fields

  • Fluent in spoken and written Italian, French and English

  • Good service mind, positive attitude and relationship

  • Mature, proactive, reliable and able to work under pressure

  • Good interpersonal and team working skills

Automation Engineer FSE EOL
Permanent contract

Mission

  • Preliminary study during site work preparation of the specific information related to the EOL equipment

  • Check the electrical system before machine test run, especially safety procedures

  • To execute on-site the start-up and commissioning EOL equipments

  • Responsible for site activities performance during start up and commissioning

  • Diagnoses of problems, establish solution according with technical dept. and/or technical support

  • Service and up-grade activity on site

  • Gebo-Cermex entry point during site activities in front of the customer

  • Weekly report to the start-up progress to Project Manager and Field Responsible

  • Inform Project Manager regarding activities and issue out of the contractual scope

  • Respect Gebo-Cermex and customer safety procedures on site and customer induction procedures

  • Good presentation and communication skills towards customer's representatives

  • Perform on site, side activities linked to machine installation and start-up

Profile

Education & Languages:

  • Electronic Engineer Degree

  • Fluent Italian

  • Good English (French is a plus)

Professional skills & experience:

  • Good knowledge PLC Siemens S7 and Rockwell

  • Good knowledge Motions Control Elau

  • Good Knowledge Robot Fanuc

  • Good Knowledge HMI

  • Failure analysis and analitic approach

  • Automation design basic knowledge

Technical Trainer

Mission

Responsible of delivering high quality learning solutions within own pre-defined area to both internal and external audience including Competence Audits, Assessments and Certifications.

Responsibilities and Mission

  • Delivering learning solutions using different delivery methods (classrooms, OJT, WS visits, remote training) in Gebo or Customer site for both Customer and internal target groups

  • Develops advanced knowledge in own product/technology area

  • Support training documentation development for both Customers and internal

  • Acts as tutor/mentor to junior  trainers

  • Constant improvement of the training quality

  • Supporting the training labs equipment’s configuration and update

Profile

Key Competences:
